New Earth Song
Inspired by Songaia's values and vibrant culture, the members of New Earth Song, consisting of a few families who have joined the community and purchased property adjacent to Songaia, plan to construct housing to "Passivhaus" standards (resulting in ultra low use of energy), and implement other improvements aimed at shrinking our ecological "footprint", as well as design for aging in place. Although not assured, openings for new members ma be possible.
