The Greater neighborhood Home Owners Association (HOA) is an umbrella HOA consisting of three properties (Songaia - condominium, Life Song Commons -shared house, and New Earth Song -shared house) and off site associates (Next Door Neighbors, Familiars, and Friends). Scope includes umbrella organization issues, GN association budget, Non- GN Property resident Associates program, GN neighborhood policies. Currently Lark Premeshakti. Connects potential associates to the membership process and communicates status of membership applications (Applications steps include Tour, attending activities, letter of intent, Q&A/Intro session). Provides orientations to new members. |

Provides planning, information and resources for preparedness and the development of personal and community resilience in two distinct and related circumstances: -focused time-limited events/emergencies (eg. wildfires, earthquakes) -larger scale systemic failure of municipal, sate, and federal infrastructure associated with "the Great Turning" (e.g.climate change, economic collapse) No fixed meeting times, rather ad hoc meetings as determined by contributors to the group. |
Listening circles on Wednesdays 7pm twice a month. Facilitated conversations as requested. |

A separate Co-op that cares for the chickens. Co-op members share the work of gathering eggs, feeding and funding the housing. |

Exploring cooperative ownership structures for Unit 8 and future options. |
Ongoing group that practices Restorative circles format. Has offered this process to those who request it in the community. |
