In general, I have a number of process questions: What does it take to become a committee? Does a committee need to be approved by the community? What are the responsibilities of the committee members to keep the community informed of activities/decisions?  Process suggestions: that each committee creates a group folder that is where all information is keep. The structure of the folder has subfolders for activities such a meeting: agendas, minutes.... currently, the inability to find specific documents is because there is no consistency in structure, documents, etc.... and no one manages old documents by removing or bundling by years making it easy to find old documents.
